What are the costs ? – X-Mas Tournament

U19, U16 and U14

Four participation formulas are possible. You will find them below. Important to notice that there are NO other costs to be paid than those mentioned below.

Formula A (two nights at the hotel – full board)

This formula consists of:

2 nights (28th and 29th) in one of our hotels, in double or triple room.
Breakfast buffet in the hotel on 29th and 30th.
3 lunches at the tournament restaurant: 28th, 29th and 30th
2 suppers at the tournament restaurant: 28th and 29th evening.

Formula B (two nights at the youth hostel – full board)

The formula is the same as formula A, but with a stay in the youth hostel Groeninghe in Kortrijk or in Ibis Budget Wasquehal. Only a limited number of rooms are available! The prices are:

Formula C (only lunches)

This formula consists of 3 lunches at the tournament restaurant: 28th, 29th and 30th for 14 people.

U12

Four participation formulas are possible:

Formula E (one night at the hotel – full board)

This formula consists of:

1 night in one of our hotels, in double or triple room (27th for MU12, 29th for WU12).
Breakfast buffet in the hotel on the day of the stay. (28th for MU12, 30th for WU12)
2 lunches at the tournament restaurant: (27th and 28th for MU12, 29th and 30th for WU12)
1 supper at the tournament restaurant: (27th for MU12, 29th for WU12)

Formula F (one night at the hostel – full board)
